Anna will host a virtual event where you can obtain up to 6 CE contact hours. We will explore mind/body applications for psychotherapy, our beautifully designed autonomic nervous system, skills to identify a dysregulated nervous system, and practical applications to utilize within your practice. We will also explore movement modalities, breathwork, and emotional regulation techniques.
